⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Rocky Point Spa Hotel!

I want to give a huge thank you to Eduardo and Claudia at Rocky Point Spa Hotel for going above and beyond during a very stressful situation.

While I was traveling in Wisconsin, my dog sitter unexpectedly bailed on me, leaving me scrambling to figure out how to care for my dogs from over 1,800 miles away. It was an incredibly difficult and emotional situation, and I honestly didn’t know what I was going to do.

Eduardo and Claudia stepped in without hesitation. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help made all the difference. They took the time to assist, offer solutions, and provide support when I needed it most. In a world where customer service often feels transactional, they showed genuine care and concern for both me and my dogs.

Their professionalism, empathy, and dedication reflect the very best of what hospitality should be. Rocky Point Spa Hotel is fortunate to have team members like Eduardo and Claudia representing their organization.

Thank you both for your kindness and for turning a stressful situation into one I could manage. I will never forget it.

Highly recommended!

I couldn't be happier with the care Bellamy and Kodak received at Rocky Pet Hotel & Spa! The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure my little buddies felt right at home. The facility is spotless, and it's clear they prioritize the pets' well-being. I loved getting daily updates and pictures, which gave me peace of mind during my trip. Bellamy and Kodak came home happy and healthy, and it's obvious they had a great time. I highly recommend Rocky Pet Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a reliable and loving place to board their pets in Rocky Point!

We toured the facility yesterday, and the people that work there are very kind and helpful. The place was impressively clean, and we feel good about leaving our dog there for a few nights next week. Will update this later.
March 2026: we have since used the kennel and the grooming for our dog 1 more time. She is a large dog, so we reserve the VIP kennel for her, and they take great care of her, and even sent us a video of her playing with a caregiver the next day. We will continue to take her here. 👍
